weekend digestions 9.21.14

A day late, but hey – this weekend was a busy one. Because…

follow the kittens on instagram @russellandwilson!

As my roommate Slaine and I are huge Seahawks fans, we decided to name them Russell and Wilson. Next step: get actual Russell Wilson to notice and fall in love with me forever. Currently working on this.

It was another huge week on the internet. Here’s what I was reading / watching when I wasn’t completely obsessed with our kittens.

This speech made by Emma Watson about feminism and the misconstrued idea of feminism. Hermione NAILS it here. Why I love her so much.

These 17 things that people born in the early 90’s are dealing with. Too, too accurate. Especially #6.

These reasons why you should move at least five times in your life. One of the best reads recently that I whole-heartedly agree with. You can do it!

This because… the internet never fails to surprise me in the best ways.

And a couple of my favorite commercials recently: this hilarious one with Seattle Seahawk Richard Sherman making fun of himself (#neverfinished), and this weepah (said with an English accent) from (who else?) Budweiser, featuring (what else) a puppy.

What did y’all do this weekend?

PS – one more video for ya: breaking football stereotypes with Malcom Mitchell, a college football star who regularly sits down with a group of women for book club. It’s just as amazing as you would think.
